Well, hello, again.

It's been a little while, hasn't it?

I've had a few adventures since I last posted, and some of them have given me great ideas to blog about. Here are some things to stay tuned for:

Oblivion (this game is so addictive)
the Perfect World International expansion, Rising Tide (fishy people)
Perfect World Entertainment's newest MMORPG, Heroes of the Three Kingdoms (basically Jade Dynasty all over again)
GURPS (haven't started playing it yet, but it sounds like it's going to be fun)
Neverwinter Nights (I know it's an old game, but I just played it for the first time)
Dungeons and Dragons (I'll spare you the bit about the warlord breaking my heart)

Also be on the lookout for some changes in the look of the blog. I think it's time for an update.

hi Rita, I m Pranav, I use 2 play da game long ago when it was new, only Lost City server was available @ dat time. Now I dont play it but I love its graphics, so will u post some of gud updated pics of da game? I need 2 see City of Lost & Etherblade city, also da new classes of Assassins & some other & also their cities.

Oh yeah, that would be definitely something worth seeing!

I'm anticipating these two games next year.
- Dragon Nest
- Iris Online

Although, I feel I'm tending more towards Dragon Nest. Do check out the game play.

Noob Glossary

Archer: a Winged Elf class that uses bows, crossbows, and slingshots.
Barbarian (barb): a male-only Untamed class known for their strength and toughness. They look like big anthropomorphic wolves, tigers, lions, or pandas.
Blademaster (bm): a human class that uses swords, spears and axes.
class: the "profession" of a character, which determines his or her role in combat.
Cleric: a Winged Elf class that uses magic to heal as well as to attack.
faction: an organized group of players who chat and help each other out. Often called a guild.
grind: to spend a lot of time killing enemies for no reason other than to gain experience and/or coins.
Mary Sue: in this case, a character who is an idealized version of her creator.
MMORPG: Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game. For example, World of Warcraft (WoW).
noob/newbie/n00b/nub: someone new to the game. Often used to label someone who's just done something stupid.
NPC: Non-Player Character. A computer-controlled character. They may sell things, provide information, or assign quests.
PWI: Perfect World International.
quest: a job to do that gives coins, items, and/or experience as a reward. Quests can consist of collecting items, killing monsters, or just running around talking to NPCs.
squad: a temporary alliance of a few players, usually with a common goal. They help each other fight and share the experience and coins earned.
tank: a character with high physical attack and defense and lots of health points. Barbarians are almost invariably tanks; Blademasters can be tanks, too, as can Venos with strong pets.
Venomancer (veno): a female-only Untamed class that uses magic and can tame enemies to become battle pets. They look like petite women with animal ears and tails.
whisper: to send someone a personal message (also called a pm) that only he or she can read.
Wizard: a human class that uses magic.
